Recommended by our daughter, Joe's Stone Crab was a must-visit during our trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We stopped by for lunch and were pleased to find convenient parking just across the street, which made the experience hassle-free from the start. The atmosphere at Joe's is lively and welcoming, adding an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. The stone crab, as expected, was incredibly fresh and lived up to its reputation--sweet, tender, and perfectly chilled. However, we found the oysters to be on the smaller side, which was a slight letdown given the restaurant's prestige. One aspect that caught us off guard was the pricing. While we anticipated a premium for such a renowned establishment, the prices were higher than expected, bordering on expensive in our opinion. Overall, Joe's Stone Crab offers a fun and memorable dining experience, especially if you're a fan of fresh seafood. Just be prepared for the premium pricing that comes with this iconic Miami Beach spot. Cheers!

Pedro took amazing care of us during our lunch! He took the time to give the history of the family owners as well as the restaurant itself, and plenty of knowledge of stone crabs. The food tasted fresh and all came out timely and with great attention to detail.

This is the BEST dinning experience I had in Miami! The environment is really nice here you will have traditional American hotel style restaurants, you will have the garden and everything the decorations are good. The restaurant has more than a hundred years of history and you can tell it from their good taste. The service is excellent. Like super good, I got warmest welcome since I step into the restaurant. I really need to thank Barry who had given me this extraordinary experience. He is super welcome, obviously familiar with the courses in the restaurant and have enough patience to introduce every single one to me. I had ordered the Miami Spice and the portion is insane. They will give you five breads and I had tried a bit of every one. So good! My first impression settled! It is a good restaurant. Salad: fresh , good portion barely can finish it Main course : the chicken smell so good when it comes but I decide to leave my appetite to crabs. That's the purpose I get here. Overall, it goes well with hot butter. The size of the crabs is bigger than I imagined. (I had read the reviews there are some people were not happy about the size) Cocktails: emmm.. Average. But they will give you the mug for a souvenir, that's kind of cute. Dessert: Barry told me this will be the best lemon pie I have and he didn't lie. The cream on top is fluffy and the lemon pie so creamy! I haven't got my check yet. Overall 5 stars experience!

I've lived all my life here and this is the first time I've been here. It's just so far from Broward. But we went for Miami Spice during TD Debbie lol. The restaurant is such a cool vibe. The service was impeccable. Someone always in sight helping, serving, bussing. We were able to sample a little bit of everything. And I'm not sure, but the portion size for the Dinner Miami Spice menu was out of control. Everyone I told I was going here told me to get the fried chicken, whatever. We started with the Crab Bisque and the Clam Chowder. Wow. Great soups. I like the clam chowder better just because there were pieces of clams and potatoes to eat. Whereas the bisque was completely soupy. I guess I wasn't feeling the texture that day or like in comparison. But the bisque was good myself and very creamy. We both got the combo Stone Crab and 1/4 Fried Chicken. And yes guys, the chicken is good. A really good fried chicken. Not too greasy. Not overly battered. Not a hot mess friend chicken. Just a classic, moist, tender chicken. Who would've thought. The Stone Crabs were so fresh, and clean, the meat took me to the ocean. The sweet potatoe fries were SO good! I wish I got the hashed browns instead of the grilled tomato just so know what it tastes like lol. I ended up with the tomato for some vegetable in my meal lol! But most importantly, do not forget to order dessert. The key lime pie is the winner for sure. But the crème brûlée is also so good and so big! Couldn't finish it! Love this place. Will come back for the chicken!
